National Voter Registration Day is a non-partisan campaign that aims to get every single person voting. No matter who you are or where you are from, politics affects us all and there has never been a more critical time for young people to stand up and be counted.

Democracy is a fascinating word. To many, it means different things, but here at NVRD, it means: to have your voice heard in the decision-making process. Democracy has been an essential component of this country, and it continues to be. That’s why National Voter Registration Day was founded by My Life My Say and Shout Out UK, because we know how important it is to have your voice heard.
National Voter Registration Day (NVRD) takes place annually on April 18 to celebrate voter registration and to urge people to register to vote so that they can have their say and partake in elections. The fun and engaging day is set out to educate people on voter registration and democracy, especially during rising disinformation campaigns.
With both organisations at the forefront of this campaign, NVRD seeks to inspire and educate people, especially those who do not traditionally engage in politics, to register to vote and further, have their say on the national stage. So, make sure you join our campaign today and get involved!
